The conference rate of $139.00 is non-commissionable, and subject to applicable city and occupancy taxes, currently 17.5% (subject to change). Children 15 years old and younger will not be charged as additional persons.
The release date for the block of rooms is 5:00pm (Eastern Time) Tuesday, June 25, 2024. Please ensure that you have submitted your requirements to the Hotel prior to the date. Any reservations received after Tuesday, June 25, 2024 will be based upon availability of both space and rate.
Check-in is 4:00pm on the day of arrival. Check out is 12 noon on the day of departure. If early arrivals and late departures are necessary, please inform the hotel in advance. They will make every effort to accommodate your requests.
