July 6th has been set as the Global CMTC Alliance Day of Awareness. Lights of Hope is to signify awareness of vascular/capillary malformations such as CMTC. We plan to hold an annual event with members and friends across the USA and around the world, to build awareness of these rare diseases.
Here is what we ask of you: Choose something that creates light, such as: sparklers, flashlight, candle, campfire, glow sticks, sky lanterns (weather and laws permitting) basically anything that creates light. Anytime from July 1st through July 6th, record your light presentation or take a photo(s).
Next, post your video or photo(s) of your event on Facebook, and within the closed Facebook group, for everyone to enjoy as we spread awareness around the world! Have FUN! We cannot wait to see your videos!!
